These terms govern your use of Babies Tracker (“the app”). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Please note: Babies Tracker is a convenience tool for logging baby care. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always rely on your pediatrician or a qualified professional for health decisions.

Using the app

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, access others’ data without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Your content

The logs and profiles you create are yours. You are responsible for what you record and for who you share it with (household members and read-only links). You can edit or delete your content, and delete your account, at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

No medical advice

The app helps you keep track of routines and notes. It does not diagnose, treat, or offer medical advice, and its reminders are best efforts, not guarantees. Do not rely on it for time-critical medical needs.

Availability

We aim to keep the app and sync service running, but we provide them “as is” and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The on-device features continue to work offline even if the sync service is unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Babies Tracker and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app. The app is provided without warranties of any kind.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
